Effective March 1st, 2022 – The Mind, Body, Spirit Women’s
Health office (Dunn) will be closing and consolidated into our primary site
location in Fayetteville. As a result, current patients will now continue to be
seen for treatment related to pregnancy, gynecological health (annuals/yearly
exams, painful periods, uterine fibroids, birth control options: IUD’s,
Paragards, & Nexplanon) at the Fayetteville office.

Moving
forward, ALL appointments scheduled at Mind, Body, Spirit in Dunn will be
scheduled and/or rescheduled at the Fayetteville location.

Our office will continue the patient/provider relationships
established with the Harnett County community over the last 16 years. In the
interim, if this change of location presents an issue or creates a hardship in
access to care, for basic health concerns that can be managed by a primary care
physician (blood pressure, colds, medications), information is provided below
for offices in the area accepting “new patients”.
